- A Clear Image Of The Full Product And Any Damaged Or Incorrect Part
- An Unboxing/Opening Video (Mandatory For Validation)
Our Customer Support Team Will Review Your Request And Respond Within 2–3 Working Days.
3. Pickup & Processing
- If Approved, A Reverse Pickup Will Be Arranged Within 2–3 Working Days.
- The Item Must Be Securely Repacked And Handed Over To Our Logistics Partner.
After Inspection At Our Warehouse, A Replacement Or Store Credit Will Be Processed Within 2–4 Working Days.
